You might be familiar with the word metamorphosis applied to the transformation process of a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. What a beautiful and magical thing that is – I’ve always been fascinated but never really questioned or looked deeper into it. Look it up on Wikipedia, it’s awesome!
So, what does it mean for me to be undergoing metamorphosis? No, I’m not growing a new limb, gills or wings (as cool as that sounds). I’m merely taking a step back from it all … to grow.
